CO-FOUNDER

Rajyo Allen is a spiritual leader and a soul mentor. Her depth of experience as both a student and teacher in the psycho-spiritual world enables her to offer a rich blend of tools to bring a uniquely transformative experience.

She is a certified life coach, trauma healer, somatic therapist, yoga and meditation teacher. She has been leading retreats, workshops and leadership development trainings internationally for over 25 years. Rajyo created and was co-director of a ground-breaking body of work in the US (CorExperience.com) and the UK (CelebrationofBeing.com).

Rajyo’s current work is focused on the Alchemy of Awakening, which helps people awaken to a deeper level of Soulfulness and spiritual maturity in this pivotal time in history. Her deep passion is to help people live a more embodied, heart-centered and authentic life and bring back a sense of the Sacred to our world.

She also facilitates meditation retreats and personally tailored retreats for individuals who wish to have a reset in their life. Some of the modalities she offers in her retreats are:

CO-FOUNDER, CO-DIRECTOR

Vinit is passionate about both nature and the arts. He is a musician and singer, and can often be found hiking or running on a trail in the mountains.

He is a co-founder of Planet Earth Arts, with the mission of using the arts to inspire the transformative change needed for social equity and environmental restoration: planeteartharts.org

Vinit is a core team member of the Pachamama Alliance in Asheville. Pachamama Alliance produces public educational programs and focuses on how we can help create a thriving human society and a flourishing planet

He was Executive Director for 15 years of Sustainable World Coalition, a sustainability education nonprofit organization in California. Their flagship summary publication is the Sustainable World Sourcebook. They produced four years of the Spring of Sustainability interview series with the Shift Network, producing hundreds of podcasts with luminaries that included Van Jones, Joanna Macy, Dennis Kucinich, John Robbins, Bill McKibben, Vandana Shiva, Michael Brune, Andrew Harvey and many others.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Laura is an artist, mystic, a divine sacred woman.. She has spent most of her life exploring many of the world’s spiritual traditions: Christianity, Buddhism, Shamanism, Yoga, Qi-Gong, Metaphysics, New Thought, SRF, Vipassana, Egyptology, Frequency Work, and more.

She holds a Master’s degree in Integral Psychology, based on Ken Wilber’s work, and a BA in Humanities.

She is certified in: HeartMath, Mindfulness Training, Expressive Arts Therapy, Feng Shui, Sound Healing, Early Childhood Education,
Four Fold Way as taught by Angeles Arrien,
Reiki, Hypnotherapy, Massage & Aromatherapy.

She has spent over 30 years as a Finance, HR, and Organizational Developer for both for profit and not for profit organizations. She received her first real estate license in 1984, and is a Realtor in NC. She has also spent many years studying holistic healthcare and dreamwork. She is the author of Auntie Mom, and her children’s book, I Love To Be Me.

She’s a foodie, world traveler, loves children & nature, and lives with her two cats Spirit & Grace.
