Silence & Celebration Spring Retreat

Finding ourselves again in community

Emerging from the winter months we are born anew, just as the trees and plants give new life to their foliage and blossoms.

Emerging from the pandemic is an extra tender moment, that invites us to be extra present to ourselves and each other, as we explore who we wish to be in this new world being born.

Much has happened internally for us during this forced retreat time. How do we integrate all that has happened to become wiser, more caring and more mature human beings as a result of what we have been through in the last year? How do we step out into life and the world in a new way, offering ourselves to the new with a yes in our hearts, moving beyond the fear and limitation that has been so pervasive in society?

In this day long retreat, we have an opportunity to come together in a gentle yet intimate way, to re-emerge from the long months of isolation into a celebration of our shared connection.

We will also be invited to titrate that tender space between aloneness and togetherness, finding refuge from the mind and the world in meditation, exploring old habits of distraction through inquiry and reconnecting with the light and love in our hearts, and in community opening to the many possibilities that are opening up within and all around us.

A new day is dawning and we are the ones we have been waiting for!
We hope to see you for this sweet, deep, and intimate experience of our shared human experience.

What you will receive:

• A safe and sacred way to connect with like-minded hearts and souls
• An unburdening of the things that you have found limiting, inside and out
• An opportunity to deepen into meditation and connection with yourself
• Gentle processes that help you let go, open up and celebrate who you are
• Remembering the simple joy of coming together in community
