Grief & Gratitude

One Day Workshop with Rajyo & Vinit

Saturday, November 29th, 10 AM to 5 PM

In these dark and uncertain times, so many feelings build up inside—fear and anxiety, sorrow and heartbreak, anger and rage. Yet so often, we lack the space or capacity to truly feel and process them. Without the space to process these feelings, our hearts grow heavy, our minds dull and confused, and our bodies burdened. In the sanctuary of community, all that you carry is welcome. Here, every emotion can find expression. And as you open to this, you will feel the weight begin to lift—revealing a lightness, a freedom, and a quiet return to innocence, joy, love, and gratitude, which can guide us gently through these days.

Tuition: $75

Setting an intention for the New Year is a powerful way to honor the past, embrace the present, and envision the future. This process allows us to reflect on the lessons and gifts from the previous year, clearing out what no longer serves us and integrating what does. By turning inward through guided meditations, inquiry, and sacred rituals, we create space to release the old and welcome the new with clarity and purpose. This intentional practice not only aligns us with our deeper aspirations but also nurtures the light and love we aim to bring into the world. Join us on New Year’s Day for a transformative retreat—an opportunity to set the tone for a year filled with presence, reflection, and intentional living.
